When my brother passed away, suddenly, there was no known copy of a recent will and nobody had a signed copy. He died pretty much without anything worth money, but his kids want his things and they may have to fight his third wife (not their mom) for the stuff. That would suck. I have no heirs and although there are lots of nieces and nephews I'm not so sure they would want anything from me except good will and cheer. If I'm wrong, then it'll be too late for me to worry about it. Thanks for a timely post.
