Annabelle Hulgan is a five-year-old with spina bifida. Spina bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth defect in our country. Annabelle had her wheelchair stolen and chopped up (apparently to sell as scrap metal). It cost $8,000 and her family can’t afford another one. Links for more information:
